How It Works

We begin with the business as it is, not the version you think you should present.

You do not need a finished plan before scheduling a consultation. Tell me what has been happening and what made you decide it was time to ask for help.

No performance required

You can bring the unfinished version.

The first conversation is for understanding what is happening, not proving that you already have the answers.

The first conversation

The first meeting gives us time to talk through the situation and decide whether consulting is the right next step. I may ask about parts of the business that seem unrelated at first, because the problem that gets noticed is not always the one causing the trouble.

The work that follows

If we decide to work together, the format will depend on what the business needs. Some owners need help with one decision, others benefit from ongoing support as changes are put into place.

We will agree on the scope before the work begins, so you know what we are addressing and what is outside the engagement.

What I will need from you

I need an honest picture of the business, including the parts you would rather be working better. Consulting becomes much less useful when the information is edited to make the company look healthier than it is.

You should also be prepared to make decisions. I can help you think through them and point out what you may be missing, but I cannot run the business from the passenger seat.

Booking and payments without the back-and-forth

The Riseology Consulting client portal gives you one place to schedule appointments and make payments. You can also exchange documents there when our work requires it.

Bring the problem as it is.

We can begin with a conversation and decide what makes sense from there.
